First Home is a 1988 Cheoy Lee 92’ Motoryacht, She was born in Hong Kong and acquired by Modern Yachts Inc. in 2005.

She received an extensive upgrade in San Diego from 2005-2007, where she earned modern technology and exquisite interiors designed by Modern Yachts’ Bill and Jessica Jesse.

In 2008, She won the award for Best Interiors at Yachtfest San Diego.

She sailed south from her delivery port in San Francisco to winter in Cabo San Lucas. Following her tour of Baja Sur, she journeyed east to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she received another extensive refit in 2013. First Home spent her following seasons island hopping through the Bahamas. In 2022 she would journey once again around the continent to the Pacific Northwest for another refit to prepare her for her latest charter.
